    R56 Mini JCW

Hi guys, Decided to go out with the camera this morning and take a few photos of my 2013 Mini JCW. These were taken on a Canon 700d with a 55-250mm f/4-5.6 lens. Any tips for improvement would be great. #1 https://flic.kr/p/QiYdAG #2 https://flic.kr/p/2bkLYfU Any tips for improvement...

    Buying from Amazon.co.uk

It would just be hard to know if the seller would provide warranty as the description of the product is the same for each seller, I'd only go for a grey import if I knew the supplier provided warranty. As for the cashback, on the Amazon website this lens was listed as eligible for Canon cashback...

    Buying from Amazon.co.uk

The only downsides I can see about getting a grey import lens is that there is no warranty and the Canon cash back deal wouldn't be an option. Other than amazon are there any other sites you would recommend buying from?

    Buying from Amazon.co.uk

Hi guys, I've been looking to buy a zoom lens for a while with the intention of using it for motorsports events and general photography. After lots of research I've decided to go for the Canon EF-S 55-250 mm f/4-5.6 IS STM but Amazons prices seem too good to be true. When reading the reviews...

    Sunrise Walk/Drive

I had a go at bringing more data out from the image and I feel that it looks a lot better, albeit with some noise. I think at first I had the fear of over processing the image and making it look unrealistic. #1 Cheers. Ross

Thanks for the tips guys! I'll need to get out again soon and see how much I can improve. Starting off with more basic shots.

    Sunrise Walk/Drive

I'll have another go at tweaking the images in LR and see what I can draw from the data. What do you mean by taking in such an extended dynamic range? Sorry I'm not up to scratch with all of the jargon.

    Scotland Newbie from Scotland

When buying the DSLR I considered many of the entry level bodies - Canon 100D, 1200D and 700D/Nikon 5300 - and then I had a look at older bodies such as the Nikon D5200 and Canon 600/650D. Eventually after reading/watching many reviews I decided on the 700D. As I don't know what kind of...
