    Sony A7iii to Nikon Z6

I don't believe changing kit in any way at all makes you a better photographer. It can improve image quality; here I'm thinking dynamic range and high ISO performance. But most full-frame cameras released in the past few years are very good in these areas and I've not seen anything that stands...

    Help - canon 5d mark 4 or sony a7riii ?

If you do portrait and fashion photography I would have thought you're smart enough to be able to focus on the correct part of your subject already. So with that in mind the main issue for your needs would be skin tones, colours, and resolution in regards to your final output. If you're...

A few shots of my son this week... Street and Autumn shots

Some sweet memories. I think number one is the winner although I'm not a huge fan of colour popping.

Went on Holiday and ended up doing a 'Wedding' !

With "wedding" in the title you were always bound to get lots of views. It's a sad reflection on the forum that not one of those who looked could be bothered to comment. Maybe we all need to make more effort? With regards to the photos you've posted. The first one is sadly a typical guest...

    Bored with my own shots.

From the runs I’ve done I’ve never seen images to this high standard or level of creativity. I’d love to see images like these. I get your bored with them (I can relate) but I promise you the people in the pictures will be delighted with them. The fact your raising money for charity along the...

    Used Canon 5D MKIV market

I had the "pleasure" editing some images from a 5D mark IV earlier this year. From an initial impression I can honestly say in low light the images were not good. Not good at all. Maybe that's the reason for so many being chopped in. Maybe users prefer the mark III?

    Problem with Fuji

Take it to the next wedding you shoot. Just as your about to take some family group shots pull it out of your pocket and say something like "right, say cheese everyone".

Nikon mirrorless definitely on the way

I'd pronounce it the same way I'd pronounce some of the cars made by the likes of Audi or BMW. That probably keeps it simple for anyone who feels the need to turn American :D

Nikon mirrorless definitely on the way

Of all the time Iv'e spent on this forum I've never known anyone to take so much interest in my appearance, nor my profile picture. Is this normal behaviour? I mean, if you fancy me that's flattering, but I'm not gay so I wouldn't be interested. Nothing wrong with being gay of course, but...

Nikon mirrorless definitely on the way

I didn't cry like a baby. I didn't like the Fuji files so I got rid of all my Fuji kit straight away. That's not crying, it's being proactive and responding to a problem in a mature and sensible way. I suppose it's a bit like buying a car that drives like a brick. I wouldn't waste my time...
