I used to charge mine in the camera, I didn't have a charger at all - someone posted on here though about third-party batteries expanding when charged, which can lead to them getting stuck in the camera, or damaging it in extreme cases... I'd only just got my X-T4 at that point, so I played it...

That's a great idea! I bet there's a lot of manufacturers kicking themselves that they didn't think of this!

I haven't written the purchase date on mine, but they are numbered so that I know I use them all in equal rotation. I've only got Fuji batteries now, but I've had good experiences with Hahnel in the past, if anyone else is looking for recommendations...

Nice set Alan! I thought about going down to Classics on the Beach, but I thought it might be stupidly busy, so I had lunch at Wagamama instead :)

Paul & Craig have beaten me to it: I have the Smallrig grip on my X-T4 and it absolutely transforms the handling of the camera for me :)

Had a little wander around over at my local nature reserve at the weekend with the 10-24. Didn't shoot anything massively fantastic, but I'm happy with the lens!

Lovely set of shots Paul! I like both versions of that shot of the building. I think technically it works better in B&W, but the colour version tickles the back of my brain for some reason. I think it's the grey of the stone against that Dartmoor green again.

The 10-24 arrived today. I was a little worried, because I've been out all day and it was thrown over my side gate, but it was packed well and it's all working nicely :)

That's their May promotion - they had a very similar one last month, it was their April promotion... I wouldn't be surprised if there was a June promotion coming next month, too! ;)
