Yeah I was thinking as much. The 24mm etc are all fairly cheap lenses and seem good quality at the moment, the lenses you mentioned are sadly out of my budget at the moment so I may need to do some saving
Hi, need some lens advice if possible. I'm after a lens for using at the goodwood festival of speed for taking pictures of stationary cars and am not sure what's the best for what I want, a 24mm, 28mm or a 50mm.

Thanks, I quite like your pic dave it depends what your going for. The shots in your second link are very good, might have to try with my new 2x teleconverter and see what results I can get as it's only a 90mm tamron I'm using at the moment
