    Metering

I’ve never really looked. I have seen tables with claims about latitude about various films from people but not manufacturers.

    Metering

If the camera has DX coding then it can know the exposure latitude as it's actually in the specification. Not sure how many cameras actually make use of it though. There's some useful info in this: https://thedarkroom.com/light-meter-photography/

    A big film scanner thread

There is the option to buy a lifetime version of Vuescan but it is several years cost equivalent. Think it is about £150 for the professional edition which includes slide/film scanning. That's about 3 years worth of the normal one.

Show us yer film shots then!

Also got the roll back from the 500si with the 20mm and Kodak Pro Image 100. Think I paid all of £20 for that camera. Dynax 500si Kodak 100 Pro Image by Suzy Richards, on Flickr Dynax 500si Kodak 100 Pro Image by Suzy Richards, on Flickr Dynax 500si Kodak 100 Pro Image by Suzy Richards, on...

Show us yer film shots then!

First go with the pinhole. Actually got 6 out of 6 recognisable photos. The Diana+ pinhole guide thingy seemed to be roughly right. I added a couple of seconds when the sun buggered off mid shot but that was it. Chuffed to get anything. Definitely need a tripod and the pinhole shows more of what...

Why are people buying electric cars?

The weight limit for HGVs was increased to 44 tons in the early 1990s. I honestly think nobody has actually done anything to improve the road infrastructure to cope with it. If more heavy stuff went via rail, the roads might not be knackered as much. There is something called a Section 56...

    Bulk Loader Questions

I'd love to be able to bulk roll film but I know my efforts would immediately end up in the how to ruin a roll of film thread  I could do with a reverse rondinax where the film turns up already loaded in to a light tight thing so you pull out the leader to attach into the canister...

    Dev or scanning issue??

I contacted AW again about the weird marks on the above re-scanned ones. They have refunded half the cost of processing as a goodwill gesture. So looks the answer is in fact - both! It was a dev and scanning issue as they hadn't done either properly :(

    Dev or scanning issue??

It does have the remjet layer. Have a second roll so undecided whether to use that and send it to a different lab or not.

    Dev or scanning issue??

It's a mystery really. There's marks on others in lines but they are pairs or triples not all over so much of the scan.

A few from the Silbersalz on the Pentax 17. Shot a few weeks ago. Got some cinestill knocking about somewhere so it might be interesting to compare that when the remjet is removed first rather than later. Pentax 17 Silbersaltz by Suzy Richards, on Flickr Pentax 17 Silbersaltz by Suzy...

    Dev or scanning issue??

AW have rescanned them all. Interestingly there is now some noticeable banding on some instead. Very odd. Others have a couple of band lines but this one has lots.

    Dev or scanning issue??

I have contacted AW to ask them about it. Might just be one strip that has some goop on it and they can clean it off and just rescan it.

    Dev or scanning issue??

Another weird mark on this one. Pale rather than brown. Bottom bit of big cloud just above the tall tree.

    Dev or scanning issue??

    Another with similar brown marks:
