can anyone help a ham fisted individual? I have just been out testing my 300mm l series f4 and noticed some spots on the sensor. Cleaned those but then noticed a hell of a lot of dust and specs on the focus grid board. Following an on line guide i took it out to clean now it's worse than ever...
