When working with reflections what I found best was to attack it from an angle. the lens doesn't appear within the image this way and it can be crisp and highly detailed.
It was as an experiment and in my opinion and examiners it got pulled off. Yes it might be not liked by all, but it's different and thats why I like about it :)
