Actually took this photo back in 2015, but been away from photography for a while and forgot about it.
So happy with how it turned out and was a total fluke!
I was messing about with light trails, and sat the camera on the bridge girder on timed shutter release, at the last second the camera...
So, left photography for a lot of years, and then sold all my equipment 2 years ago due to lack of use, instantly regretting it!

Thanks everyone for their contributions to the thread, some really good information and reviews here. I've just booked a holiday to New York in October and want to get myself a decent travel tripod for some city scape shots.
No the original looks like this on screen too.
Only thing I think it could be was my manual shutter press has moved the camera ever so slightly during exposure.
Going through loads of old shots finding stuff i liked I've never posted.
