If they have been pressing it on and off again I think 3 times it will auto boot into recovery, turn it fully off then turn it back on and leave it - if it’s in recovery mode then just do a full reset - literally takes no time at all on a new modern laptop
Was just going to mention this one - spec is on the link below - be careful there seems to be lots of variations of this model - some are a 64Gb max and this one apparently is 32Gb - seems to have the screen you want though...
If it’s a modern house run some Powerline Network plugs through the electrical supply - quick, easy, and decent speed.
I have a 24 port switch in the loft and a mesh system, time and investment - works a dream - no issues anywhere in the house and if it can be wired, I have done as this keeps...
Thinking now to get rid of the f4 - use the money from that and a bit extra to pick up a 2nd body - then eventually pick up a 70-200 Sigma/Sony when I see a bit of a bargain or 2nd hand?
@LongLensPhotography please don’t suggest another body!!
The wife would KILL ME!!!
So you would say - keep the selection of lenses and go with a second body?
Currently I have a Sony A7RV as I upgraded from a Sony A7R3
Would you think a second handy body such as the Sony R3 or the Sony IV or...

I think part of the problem is that the Zeiss 50mm was the first lens I got and it spoilt me a little bit - I just don’t find the Sony f4 as sharp - don’t get me wrong I got some nice pictures off of it - but it just seemed to lack a bit.
I then got...
I am thinking of selling a couple of lenses to fund one of the titled lenses - any ideas on the quality versus each other versus cost???
Currently going to sell:
Sony 70-200 F4 boxed/mint
Sigma 85 Art boxed/mint
Both of these lenses have probably about 100 photos between them.
I tend to...
Just my two penny worth - however I would rescan at 300-600dpi and see if you can see the difference on a screen, compared to the 3200/2400dpi - I think you will probably find that the quality difference is marginal, the size difference massive. Also unless you are going to be editing them...
I went on a Sony day at WEX last year, the event was great and it allowed me to try out the camera I was interested in. My background was retail so I knew there would be “exclusive” offers - there was - I could get 10% off - this meant the ARV was £3500ish - I already knew that “grey” was approx...
I have got an adjustable stand - use mainly Kate Backdrops - seem to be decent quality - fold, can be ironed etc.
Have a look at the Amazon warehouse, loads on there that are listed as returns, like new etc and they are doing 30% off
