Thanks Ady. Yes now you say that it does look like it is leaning a bit, but i think that's due to it being taken looking across to the other side of a curved bay, more of an optical illusion than the camera being wonky!

Thanks! I was cycling back from Poole Harbour towards Sandbanks. I believe it's called 'Sandbanks Road'... there is a grass patch on the side of the hill which has picnic benches and such. I took it from up there :)

    Twilight over Poole

I took these pictures a little while back, on what can only be described as an awesome night! But it's been troubling me that i didn't spend much time with these in Lightroom, and when i put them as my laptop background i decided i had to do something about them! Changes: Sharpened...

    Nikon D40

It allows you to take 2 or 3 shots, and then layers them on top of each other once they have been taken... the name comes from film cameras when you open the shutter more than once on 1 picture. I wouldn't suggest using if for HDR though This is an example of what i used the function for on...

Great shots here. I'm a massive speedway fan but have never gotten round to photographing it, don't think my kit is up to it :(

    St.Ives Long Exposure

Lovely shot, really like the way there is a slight reflection from the sky just at the bottom of the picture

    Boranup Forest

Agree with TwentySixDays, it looks alot better now. I kind of get the other comments though where you can kind of feel lost as there is nothing that immediatly grabs your eye... although who said that was a bad thing?!

    Off-camera flashgun pictures

Ok thanks. I'm going to try it again with a fill light from the front. I'm not sure whether the head is out of focus, or the subject moved between flashes, but it's definatley something i will check for next time. I already used a pretty hight apature so it should be fine  Thanks...
