New d7000 owner

Hi guys I've just ordered a d7000 and am looking forward to owning my first SLR. I'm a dentist so will be using it for both clinical photography and recreational use. I've ordered a Metz ring flash but now need to get going with some lenses. What are your thoughts on between either the 18-200...
