Without having been there its difficult to say regarding the boat colours. I notice the cast more in the second shot and there is a difference on the boats between the 2 shots. I think it might be more likley the colour palette of the film responding to slight differences in exposure.

Looks like the white balance from the scans is a bit off Lee, the clouds look a bit Magenta on my monitor which will affect the greens. Nice shots though (y)
