Thanks for the comment. I'm using the contemporary sigma. I have some other shots from the day still to be processed that aren't on the table, these were just the easiest to process and therefore the first.

I'd just taken a touristy pic of my wife at the gate just out if view and happened to look up. The blue sky, symmetry and converging sides looked interesting so I took the shot.

Driving trains between large and small towns/cities I get to see a lot of wildlife and I've noticed a huge increase in the number of buzzards. I would estimate there are about 3-4 times as many as there are kestrels (last year seemed very bad for kestrel numbers). Normally I see them on line...

Just been to Wilkinson Cameras and picked up a 70D with 18-55, Sigma 150-600 and the USB puck :-) Watch this space!

Thanks for the welcome Norkie. Mickledore, I'm in seven stars near the speed camera. Good to know there's a local on here. I'm umming and ahhing at the moment on a 760d with 18-55 and a Sigma 150-600 C with my birthday money so I should be OK. I had some good photos from my current stuff so...

My HTC M8 has had this since October 2014. I played with it a few times then never used it again, it's just a gimmick IMO.
