The cheap one I have doesn't but they should. You would need to check first on the photo of any plate.

The AF is superb. I was amazed by it when I first tried it. That's compared to a D600 and D800. I've not tried the D610.

Good price for a great camera.

What I did Mike was put an Arca Swiss lens foot plate on it (I would have had to put one on anyway if using on my tripod) that makes it big enough to hold comfortably. You can pick up the lens plate for £10-£20 from Fleabay

Not really a big problem but the tripod foot is too small. I like to hold the lens by the foot. I've read that some find the manual focus ring too narrow but I have piano fingers and it's perfect for me. I've now handled and used both versions. The Sport is beautiful, beautifully engineered...

Nikon Repair Service - Any decent alternatives?

There's a pattern developing here! I will drop them a quick line and hopefully others who look for an alternative to the shabby official service will give them a chance.

Nikon Repair Service - Any decent alternatives?

I might just be an unlucky isolated case that has slipped through the net but I've had a terrible experience with Nikon Repair Service and I wonder if there are any alternative repair centres members could recommend? My camera has been back twice to sort out a lens mount issue on the body of...

USB dock arrived today. Purchased on the back of Jeff's recommendation of its merits. I think it is certainly a very nifty idea.

Has yours got the strap for under the arm? That helps a fair bit.

Where do I stand with this use of my photo?

Good luck with that William. I once had an image I had taken emailed to me as the main photo of an advert for discounted entry to a nature park. It was irritating as I would have been happy if they had actually offered me discounted entry to use it. They had liberated the image from my Twitter...

Great side-by-side comparison crops Roy. I think this lens is a stellar performer for the price and range.

Hi Jeff. I think this is the answer to all issues. Do you mean you just use the standard BR Connector on the lens foot like the one attached?

    Nikon D750 & D780

Well John, there's a few ways. I was using a Joby hand tether (BR do one too). That's good if anyone tried to steal your stuff or you are in crowds (I was in Disneyland) and you think someone will knock into you. The other way I like is with two Op/Tech Uni Loops. Tie one to the camera and one...

It is supposed to stop it slipping as much, which it does to an extent. I used mine all the time when I went on holiday and it made a big difference. I added a tether to mine for extra protection because I never totally trust any straps.

If you are looking for a really good strap then I would recommend the Black Rapid Sport. It has the additional underarm connector which makes a difference.
