When I take a double exposure with my Pentax Spotmatic, you need to use your three fingers. Sorry for the turkish version but I couldn't find any of these photos in english. With my Canon Eos, there's an option for multi exposure which allows me to take up to 9 images. When I use it, I use the Av mode and let the camera decide. :)
