    ON1 Photoraw 2026 any opinions?

The earlier version has now installed after a reboot I have commented to the ON1 help desk that changing the OS requirements for a version mid licence is not user friendly but I'm not expecting a response:(

    ON1 Photoraw 2026 any opinions?

New version photo Raw 2026.5 has just been released. Unfortunately unlike previous versions up to and including 2026.4 this will not work with win10 OS. Do not try to install it if you are running win 10 as it will screw up 2026.4 and not install the new version I'm currently awaiting a help...

    Photo RAW 2026.4 £37.19 instead of £92.98.

its usually able to develop with a few auto clicks and can save a lot of time post processing. At that price its a steal for a perpetual licence - go for it! . If you're still unsure there're lots of demos available to get a feel of the capabilities before buying but you'll need to be quick!

    AI in Post Processing

Have a look at ON1 Photoraw and try some of the AI masking and one click improvements. Even if its not quite what you want (do American viewers have different requirements?) it provides a good start to post processing. So much easier than tracing round the outline of a subject as we did in the...

Who's changed from Adobe (LR / PS) to either ON1 Photo Raw OR DXO pureraw / photolab?

2026.4 is now working properly and I'm convinced it's an improvement over the predecessor. Free trials seem to have disappeared but there's a 30 day money back guarantee if you want to try it

Who's changed from Adobe (LR / PS) to either ON1 Photo Raw OR DXO pureraw / photolab?

I've been using ON1 for the last couple of years mainly because it provides a complete workflow solution and the ability for auto edits if time for PP needs minimising. The new 2026.4 version should be even faster but doesn't like to play with some of my photos!

Practical classics Classic car & restoration show at the NEC

I usually take pics of motorsport with the cars in full song but last weekend was one of the big indoor car shows at the NEC so I decided to challenge myself with something different. White balance varied between the halls according to the type of powerful downlighters, particularly as some of...

    Microsoft Outlook?

I set up an outlook a/c and it worked fine with a browser, but accessing through Thunderbird on win 10 has never succeeded. I have better things to do with my time so I written it off and will use another yahoo a/c

    BBC AI on web page

Quite a big article, notable for spelling the name of the river incorrectly. No proof reading these days?
