Can anyone recommend a place that can repair a Canon 16-35 f2.8L lens? I've looked at FIXATION but they don't repair the version 1 - only the 2 onwards.
The issue is that it has a hard time focusing. Sometimes it gets it - but does take a few tries. Also during video - the focusing is loud...
Anyone know a tether lock for the 5D III. As I want to stop my usb from getting pulled out.
I remember Canon made one but I rarely see one. I know theres locks that use the tripod mount but prefer one that attaches to the port area.
This one is ok but is quite expensive...
Is there a batch of D600 where Nikon fixed the oil/ shutter problems.
I am asking as I think I have a late model/ low shutter count and haven't encountered this problem yet and hopefully never.
When I get back from holiday I might send my camera in for fixing as I don't what the problem to...
I would go for which one looks good for you, then how much protection you need and how much your willing to spend. Also do you want a bag thats quite discreet or one that shows your a photographer.
I have an incase messenger bag - its quite large that fits my laptop, D600+50mm+grip, chargers...
I thought the AF on the d600 was the same as the d800 - just more AF points.
I recently got a d600 - had a d700 previously and the improvements are way better. AF was good, ISO was acceptable (i try not to go over 3200 - but would be happy to use 6400 at a gig), I prefer a slightly bigger...
I think its safer and better to get a proper counter weight - making your own might break and cause some serious injury.
Your next best bet is a sand bag with an A clamp or a super clamp.
