View a photo on the camera screen and press the up-arrow on the multi-selector. Also look at the Playback Menu. If you use a computer, get ExifTool. A wonderful piece of free software. For example: ISO-400 1/250 f8.0 75.0mm 6.31m AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED +52.781470...

There's seems to be no mention of DarkTable (raw and much more -- like LightRoom), GwenView (viewer and organiser), or ImageMagick (great for batch processing, among other things). All excellent free tools I use all the time on Linux. I dare say there are versions for other operating systems...

Or you could give it a dose of DarkTable (LightRoom, whatever). That's what I'd do at least. I like the vegetation.
