I tried to take some woodland photographs in black and white a couple of weeks back. I developed the film this weekend in DF96 and needless to say most didn't turn out very well haha. It's my first time doing this so I'm treating it as a learning experience.

Thanks. There are loads of them around here in Bedfordshire. If I go outside it's odd if I don't see one.

A couple I took on a roll of colour plus a week or two ago. This one is of a red kite circling above a church. And this is the entrance door to the church.

I decided to try out some Portra 400 the other day. Quite happy with the results.

Got scans back from the first roll (Kodak Colour Plus) I put though my new to me Minolta X700. I quite like how these two turned out.

Thanks, yes I'm hoping the images come out nice and sharp. The camera also came with a 28mm F2.8 lens but it appears to have some damage to the outer coating of the lens glass on its camera body side. Is it fair to assume that images taken with this lens on will be negatively affected due to...

I picked up this X700 the other day. I've only put one roll through it so far and that has yet to have been developed. I really enjoyed using it compared to the Canon EOS I had used before hand mainly due to its more tactile ergonomics.....lets hope my manual focusing skills are ok.

A couple here from my 3rd roll of film (I still don't really know what I'm doing) which was Fuji Superior 400. From the scan results I think I prefer Kodak's Colour Plus . Also I feel like my compositions were off for pretty much all of my photos which was a little disheartening. Never the less...

Here is one I took of my Triumph GT6 some years ago. Quite pleased with how it came out as I had no idea, and still don't, what I was doing with regards to photography.
