Completely empathise with that!!

Not for me either. I was in Kuala Lumpur last week and went in a couple of Samsung shops. I looked at their folding phones, and all of the display models had started to show wear / surface distortion along the folds...that would play havoc with my OCD!

The trouble is, people could very easily not understand how to use lasers safely with animals at night. Our wildlife has enough problems without adding this to the list.

I was just going to make the same point...using a laser on animals is an astonishingly irresponsible thing to do.

I have spent a good deal of time photographing birds in Tigertail lagoon, at the northern end of Marco Island over the years (though never in November). It's about 1/2 mile walk from the public parking lot and there are opportunities both in the lagoon and on the Gulf-side beach. If you are...

Our trip was split between Chobe, Okavango and the Kalahari....so 3 very different environments. All interesting in their own ways. Lots of good sightings (a few posted over in 'Nature -Wild and Free' and 'Birds' ) no doubt more over the coming weeks as I work through my photos. Mana Pools...

Fixed that for you! There are no absolute guarantees if you are over the airlines advertised weight and/or size limits, especially on small (8-10-12 seater) 'planes. I have also seen AirAsia in SE Asia play 'hardball' with overweight carry-on several times.
