He must have known about the scratch as a dirty cloth had been wiped over the area but to be as kind as possible to him he might not have known about the paint splashes. He drives, he's a taxi driver, so I assume his eye sight is ok but I suppose it is possible that he just didn't realise he was...
I've haven't bought a lens since the 40mm, I haven't bought a camera since the A7cII, I've managed to stop buying watches although I'll be building another two and possibly swapping the hands on another then that's it for that hobby. I will probably buy an A7cIII or two if they bring one out...
Yup.
I haven't used my film era lenses for quite a while now and I'll be selling some and maybe all when I get around to it, maybe the Voigtlanders too but I know I'll regret it.
I haven't tried the 40mm but I did have the M mount 35mm f1.4 and the Sony mount one is in a completely different league at least on my A7. Sharpness wise, I had no real issues though. My issues were more bokeh, flare and veiling but these can be good things in themselves.
When we have a day out I can sometimes take in the region of 100 pictures but it's more usually single digits to 30 or so. So, a roll of film maybe. We went on a cruise a couple of weeks ago and I took something like 940 but included in that was 50 panoramas which will probably add up to more...
Aaaaaanyway.
When we got home today I had a lovely chat with my neighbour and she said she was very happy with some biscuits we brought back from Italy for her. I didn't mention the cars.
It was a nice sunny day today so I had a look at them and there's a couple of small spots I missed but...
I've posted a few times about when I had a Tamron 17-50mm on my Canon 20D and thought it was too sharp for pictures of my then GF. I know there's more things to take pictures of than our other halves but is sharpness something to think about when looking at modern lenses?
I can see how...
I've never seen dolphins or porpoise. When we were having dinner on our cruise people rushed over to our table and when I asked what was going on they said "Dolphins!" I missed them, I was facing the wrong way.
Lovely Mike :D
We went for our first non shopping day out since coming back from holiday. I wasn't going to take any pictures but I did, for a panorama. A7cII and 40mm.
Summer Queen heading out.
Because someone would call the police, that's one reason plus I'm a christian so that sort of thing is sort of frowned on and lets not forget that one punch can kill and even though I'm still annoyed this is not worth causing mayhem, police and possible death over.
The reason for not talking to him was that Mrs WW is nervous of us ending up with two problems, one on each side, and I can see that.
I'll get them valleted and probably buffed too. The Evoque is worth more than the Hyundai Getz but TBH the Getz means a lot to me as it was my mams last car...
