I have 3 Billinghams but mostly use a cheap man bag. The Billinghams are good for taking 2 cameras, bits and pieces and a bottle of water.

Just for shots like this really, camera on a tripod, low down and with the foreground possibly as interesting as anything else. When shooting holding the camera higher up nothing is going to be within a few feet so it's not an issue. Other than that. I never look at DoF tables when I'm out.
