    New Bridge Camera Required

My old camera died on me early on in my recent holiday, so I need a replacement. My last two have both been Lumix FZ200s and I've been really happy with them, so I'm looking at the FZ82D. It has a similar spec, similar weight and is generally available at £399, so I'm very tempted to just go...

    Alphabet 52 - 2025 - Chat thread.

I only got back from holiday on Friday and have since developed a streaming cold and hacking cough, which I must have picked up on the plane coming home, so I'm unlikely to get out and about much for the next few days. But, as I missed out on 'O' while I was away, I was determined to find an...

New Old Digital Challenge - Discussion Thread

I’m on holiday at the moment, with no access to my archived files. Otherwise I would definitely have entered - a couple of different shots immediately sprang to my mind when I first saw the theme.

Critique required XenosElaine's Panel of 5 Project

Thanks Lindsay. I'm going away for 6 weeks at the end of May, so I'm aiming to have it done and dusted by then, but who knows? Hoping to maybe get some babies in the spring!

Critique required XenosElaine's Panel of 5 Project

Recent walks in the park haven't produced much in the way of decent bird shots. I did spot an egret and a kingfisher, but sadly they both spotted me before I even had chance to lift my camera. Yesterday, I was mainly on the look out for things beginning with the letter K for the alphabet...

    Before work/After work

I really like this idea. Yes, it's good to see the stark contrast between day and night at this time of year, but it will also be interesting to see the more subtle differences in light and shade as the sun moves around later in the year.
