Had a morning out at Pistyll Rhaeadr, the highest waterfall in Wales. It was a bit rainy but well worth a visit if around Mid wales

The water was very high on the River Severn

Some advice please, I was playing about with a small waterfall near me and was wondering is there a general rule of thumb for slowing the shutter speed down as when I try to slow it down more and more im not sure it makes the water look better. not the best photo but just after some pointers please
