I have the same problem as you had. But all my settings are set correctly. Only way I managed to fire SB-700 remotely with D700 was full manual mode. (SU-4 and camera flash set to M on low output). Does anybody have any idea how could I fix that? After I want to remotely trigger SB-700 it...
