I placed an online order with MPB on sunday, A 400D body and kit lens for my daughter in law who is forever taking photos and wants to get into DSLR photography. The goods arrived bang on time after several emails and texts to let me know what time they would be delivered.

Upon inspection the body was not as expected but the lens was fine, I rang MPB and left a message as there lines were all busy. 10 mins later Haley rang me back and after 10 mins of talking it was arranged to be collected today (wed) and a replacement to be delivered today. All has gone well and a collection and replacement has gone ahead with not a single hitch.

I would like to publically thank MPB for excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have spent approx £2,500 on lenses and a backpack from MPB in the last year and have always found their communication and customer service to be 2nd to none. i am currently looking to buy a 2nd hand 5D mkII and i will certainly use MPB if they have the right body at the right price.
 
Ordered a Canon 60d along with some bits n pieces at 10am yesterday and they just arrived today.

Sounds good. Out of interest was the body not as expected because you wanted something else, or was it actually damaged or not working?
 
Yes I can second MPB excellent customer service.

I ordered a used D800 body which turned out to have a focussing issue that I only detected after quite extensive tests that I performed. I contacted MPB who sent me a replacement body without any question before I'd even posted the faulty one back. The replacement had less clicks and was listed as £50 more on their website. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with in my experience.
 
Used them quite often over the years and the condition of every item I've bought have been exactly as described if not better.
Only ever had one problem where a charger had not been packed with the camera I'd bought. One phone call and the problem was sorted, charger arrived within 2 days.
 
Got my recent gear from them, arrived next day in great nick. Great service.
 
Can't sing these guys praises enough. Fast delivery, carefully and well packed and customer service of the highest order.
 
On the other side of the coin, I recently decided to sell all my micro 4/3 gear to move to the Fuji X-System. The price they offered me was fair, and the communications polite, even when I was umming and aahing over the wisdom and cost-effectiveness of the move. Once I made the decision to sell they arranged collection time and place to suit me, even down to the hour of collection, and once they had checked the gear they paid promptly and with no quibble. All in all a very good experience.
