Lovely again Paul the relaxed laid back ears and that raised front foot make this a really cool portrait,maybe a case for a bit more DOF??

Lovely shot in terms of timing, composition and metering.
My dog sits like that when he wants a treat (minus the tongue)!
DoF is good for me, as it isolates the subject really well making it pop and removing any potential rear distractions.
 
Like others have said Paul this and the other photo you posted are a couple of beauties, loads of detail too, I'd be well happy with them both.
