A nice quick 3 for me today.
 
Another day where it just ended up as a guessing game, 4G on second guess and about half a dozen words that would fit.
1G 1Y, 4G 4G, 5G.

A 3 today and I think it was the only word left, well I couldn't think of anything else.

Hard mode will stop you reusing a yellow letter in the same place. The possible down side is that you must use any yellow or green letters in subsequent lines ie if you're someone who having found a letter or two effectively starts again to try out something completely different, you can't

Yeah keep meaning to try it, but often [as I have made this mistake numerous times!] re-using that letter has helped cancel out possible soloutions
