Compact camera

Daughter wants a compact camera that she can put in her hand bag etc. She wants a decent one. She has a DSLR...but that's too bulky for her.

She uses her iPhone 14 a lot.

Any ideas of a decent compact for say £300 new or 2nd hand? Thanks

I've just Googled and you might just get a Panasonic TZ100 within budget. It's a 1" sensor compact with a (I think) 25-250mm zoom. I had one for years. There's also a newer TZ200 but ghat might be out of budget.
