Nice shot a few more are helmet, handbag and clip ins.

It is difficult to comprehend more opposite cycling styles, fantastic.

I was just looking to get two people going in opposite directions. All the rest was just luck.

I couldn’t decide it the Lycra warrior was a woman.

Plus you can’t assume anyone’s gender any more.

The second shot for me too, we don't have any of that technology up north.
 
Love that shot Kell, the girl is warm and flirty nonchalantly throwing herself wide open with sunglasses cast almost over her shoulder, the lad cool and aloof (doesn't realize how much she fancies him)

Great body language of warm and cool, undertones or overtones I dont know, what I do know is that I really enjoyed looking at the image

I think #2 works better for the theme, although I do see why you like the first shot.
 
Either would work, but I'd have gone with your chosen shot. There's a story in there.

Week 32 - A quiet Moment

Taking a little time to enjoy the sun amid the hustle and bustle of a busy South Bank. Quite liked how he's the only person 'in the moment' in the image and not on his phone. (Although he's listening to music, probably on his phone.)
