I was wondering if those that used AI to enhance a photograph loose the right. to claim copywrite as they did not produce the final picture.

Where do you draw the line? Is this any different to using the basic editing within say LR/PS which can alter exposure, sizing, colours, etc etc.

Both AI-Assisted and Computer-Generated Works have copyright in different measures.

The former is classed as a photograph (where the original work of art was a photograph) whilst a CGW is its own entity with different copyright terms (50 years from creation, no moral rights etc).
