cable

Hi folks, It seems a silly question but I cannot find any info on what cable is needed to connect these. There are cables to connect it to Canon, Nikon, Sony and Metz speedlights and yet I've seen Youtube videos where the battery pack is connected to the TT685. Any help greatly appreciated...
