    night sky pictures

    i have a canon t5 rebel with a 50mm lens & im going to the griffth observatory tonight to take pictures of the stars/night sky , i went last night but had alot of trouble focusing on the stars. any tips on how my settings should be? & how to focus my lens to see the stars?

    Cleeve hill shoot

    So I set out the other night and climbed cleeve hill in Cheltenham to do my first 'astro shoot'... I don't think it was the worst attempt made but something doesn't seem right about them! Any idea how I can improve, as astronomy is something I am very keen on learning about and photographing it...
