Nice lighting and model but not sure about that arm position, or is it just me?
 
Yeah the arm position looks slightly awkward.

Also close up the nose ring just make it looks like she has an odd nose, but I don't Spose there is anything you can do about that.

Aside from that a cool bnw pic
 
The pose looks awkward its the position of the arm as previously stated

Nice lighting though and the exposure seems spot on

I agree with the above on all counts. Light and conversion is very well done, but that is no angle for an arm. :)
 
The lighting looks perfect but arm position looks uncomfortable.
 
Agree, also, face looks different in tone to the rest of her skin, very pale - Also appears to have had quite a lot of skin smoothing which I am not keen on.
 
love the light on the back of the hair great photo !

Which is a pity because this could be a cracker. Great model and lighting - and I'm saying this as someone who hates B&W ;)

agree with simon here the skin smoothing is ott but the b+w conversion is nice
