Went to a relatives' wedding last night & his Uncle was the "official" tog.
When I arrived he looked stressed to hell
He immediately shoved his backup 30d in my face and said "start bloody shootin"
Attached was a 24-70 and that was impressive. Never used a lens of that quality before. Gave that a whirl for half an hour and I told him I could do with a bit of extra reach. He only pulled out a 70-200 f2.8 didn't he
That was even better !! Bloody arms were sore an hour later though lugging that around
Later, he handed over his baby - a 1D Mark IV with a 50mm f1.4
Well, to say I was impressed is a complete understatement.
What a machine
Any of you pro togs who use this sort of kit daily are lucky peeps.
