1DmkII's and CF cards

Can anyone tell me the answers to the following questions?
1) Is there a size limit to the size of the cards it will take? EG 16gb or something?
2) Is there a limit on the speed of card it can take? Like would it be overkill getting a Sandisk Extreme IV when it limits the transfer speed to that of the Extreme III

And a little question about the SD cards:
3) Does it take SDHC?

1. I know it will take 16Gb
2. There may be little benefit but they should work. I use Extreme III and Transcend High Speed in mine
3. Yes with the latest firmware

I normally carry 8Gb CF and 16Gb SDHC in both 1DII and 1DsII
