1st attempt using lights

Picked up an old set of Courtney Lights and finally got round to unravelling the cables and using them..! First attempt so i thought I'd try various combo's to see what the end results would be like.

Hi Bobby,
They are all good for your first try and 2 is my favourite.
1 is good apart from my eye keeps getting drawn to the shadow cast across her left cheek from her nose.
I really like the kind of photo you have gone for in number 3, I just think the shadow is stretching across her face a bit far for me.

2x Old Courtneys with Bowens Brollies. For two it was light one shot through a brolly and light 2 shot into the brolly with it's reflector attached, just to vary the light source a bit.

no.2 is the best shot, also quite like number 3 but could have done with maybe a bit of light bounced back onto the side of the face in shadow just to soften it slightly I feel.

They are all nice shots and it is an great first attempt look forward to seeing more.
