I really can't make my mind up on this.
I own a d7000 and use three lenses, 35mm prime af-s, Tamron 17-55 f2.8 non stabilised and the usual cheap 55 - 200 4-5.6
I quite fancy a more "portrait ish" fast-ish lens, is it even worth considering a 1.8 D? By my maths it should give a 75mm equivalent fov. Space is limited here so fov is a consideration. The 85mm prime would have be very tele on a crop sensor?
My photography falls into / tends to either be low light "social" stuff or very, very, budget portraiture.
