I bought a Giottos 9251B tripod from Jessops 4 weeks ago and its already broken. Ive only used the damn thing 4 times and one of the lever arms wont screw tight to hold the camera steady.
Luckily Jessops have agreed to get a replacement in for me from another branch but it doesnt fill me with much confidence that it wont happen again!!
Anyone else hyad the same problem with this particular make and model???
