Hi Guys

I have a NIkon 500mm lens that I want a bag for. It comes in a metal box which is a bitch for carrying around so I'm looking for a shoulder/backpack soft bag.

Anyone have any ideas of what to look for or any recommendations?

Your lens is, I believe, 4mm longer than my Canon 500mm.
I can fit my lens with body attached in a Lowepro Trekker Pro AW-2 and if I'm going by air I can pack it without a body attached in my ThinkTank Airport Antidote2 but that's a tight fit.

Of course Gramps' suggestion is tailor made for your lens.
