Hello everyone, new to the forum and hope for a pleasant stay.
I've recently purchased a canon 550d for film mainly, but I'm having huge problems with sound-setup. I've been doing research for a few hours but can't get my head around it. Very much could use advice from you guys!
Looking for an external mic and setup, also if possible it should be able to used for home studio aswell (voice singing, guitars etc). I got experience in sound mixing so it doesn't have to be extremely top notch, I can help the sound via mix.
I can see myself using magic latern and just a mic, or pre-amp with mic or zoom. Can you help determin a good setup for me? My price range goes from 100-400 dollars.
