Any recommendations for an aftermarket grip for 5D classic? I see theres a few different ones on the market but im not sure if any of them are any good. (Im far too tight to buy a Canon one...oops...I mean It wont get enough use to justify the expense of a Canon one)

I had one on my old 400D, and im actually starting to miss it.

I think the Canon battery grip is not so expensive nowadays. Why don't u just save up abit more and go with the Canon? I'm sure it won't disappoint you.
 
Save up and get a Canon one I have found at my own expense that the cheaper ones fall apart and the buttons stop working if you use it requently.

The canon ones aren't that badly priced at the minute either.
