Hi, Need some help please, I have the 600D (T3i) and when I attach it to the computer I get BUSY flashing continually and can do nothing with the camera, I have tethered it to both Laptop and Computer running Win XP. Also DL'd the latest firmware and the latest driver from Canon site.
I want to test out Helicon Remote, also DL'd the trial of that.
I have reset the camera back to factory then enabled live view and chose RAW as format.
Tried two USB connectors but always BUSY.
Any help Please
