Hi everyone,
I got an email the other day offering a discount on one of these

I was wondering if anyone has used one of these or if anyone has any thoughts on them?
how do these compare to some of the other more well known brands?
I cannot see me using one much so dont really want to lay down a huge abount of money that I can use better in other places.

any input would be great

For that price you can probably get the original GoPro HD Hero (which this looks to be a clone of anyway), or maybe a second hand Hero2. Which will be far better.

Does that 7Dayshop one allow you to change the frame rate? If not, it's arguably useless for the PAL market.

Looks good, I think I'll by one

The thing that puts me off the gopro is the optional (but necessary imo) bacpac for an additional £80...this one already has it.

I'm sure they are pretty much the same camera though.

I may drop them an email and see if i can get anynfurther specs off them, i will also dig out the email and see when the offer ended and post up thr discount if its still valid.

Interesting. Someone posted a review and a youtube vid but uploaded in 320p instead of 1080p making it pointless
