85mm 1.4/1.8 alternative?

Hi folks

I am interested in the above lens.

I know that they won't auto focus on the nikon d40x so can anyone advise an alternative that would would be similar.
any suggestions welcome.

£500 budget but closer to £200 would be cool as there are a couple of other things on my list lol [is'nt there always]
