Not sure if this is the best sub forum to post this one, but it's urban and it's part of the architecture so maybe it is. This is the close up i was planning of the padlock I shot the other day. Taken on a macro to try to squeeze as much detail as possible. It's the splashes of paint that I really like, but also the metallic sheen of the brass showing through in parts. I know some may not like the right side but it adds depth to the shot for me.

Thanks and sorry for the late reply. I agree on the processing, but it's so subjective I just leave it as is. For every person that suggests going harder, one suggests going softer!
