A bird in the hand is worth....

Haven't been out for nearly 3 weeks with the camera due to work crap and other things that get in the way. Got out yesterday and today for the first and boy is it a gooid way to get your head cleared!

Anyway here's the results :

1. Robin who lept me company for ages -shot on the e410 handheld with one hand and using the 35mm macro to get the close focus distance! All other shots below taken with the e620 and 300mm.

2. Great Tit

3. Coal Tit

4. Pair of nice tits

5. Female blackbird

The light was pretty crap both days, so these are the best of bad bunch really!

Lovely set Effjay, hard to pick a fave :shrug: well apart from the Robin
I do like the raised head feathers on the GT, and the Blackbird is very good with a different pov , all nice and sharp though.
