I used to have a bridge camera and made the step up to dslr (sony a300) just over a year ago and now i'm a bit more into the hobby i feel like i've outgrown my current camera.
I have the a300,tamron 90mm macro, tamron 70-300mm,sony 50mm 1.8 sam and the kit lens and the thing is do i stay with sony or go with canon or nikon as i quite fancy the 50D and D300 or go with the A550 or 700 :help:.

If you want to go full frame why not get the A850?

I'd love all my fast primes to be IS and you get that with the A850.

Sorry!...only half a post late in the evening:),to be honest full frame is out of my budget at present which is around £1k plus whatever i get from the sale of my sony gear if i go for a system change or maybe stick with the lenses i have and save for a ff body if the lenses are compatible.
I am currently taking a camera course at college in order to learn more about photography and photoshop etc and my aim is to become serious amateur maybe semi-pro (in my dreaams).
What do i like to photograph?....well i haven't really pursued any particular photgraphy style as i like several.... wildlife, landscape, macro and a bit of portrait so i guess it maybe time i decided which route to go down and buy my kit accordingly.
