Made myself smile last night, not an easy thing to do at the moment. Local trail race with runners set off in small groups. There I am, wading in the river, ready for the runners to splash their way across. Camera set to manual with my chosen shutter speed and aperture set to f4. Bit on the cloudy side and high trees to cope with. Zooooom, runner splashing straight through at 100mph ... the next runner slowly walking on the stepping stones. It would be great if my camera had the ability to calculate the speed of each runner and therefore keep the ISO as low as possible. Just a thought.
