A day at the zoo with my new camera. Managed to get a couple of good shots (I think) C&C please as I am a newbie!

I do like these two pics, just a shame about the dirty paw prints! If anyone good with PS could have a fiddle with these!!

the otters are a bit soft, thats most likely from shooting through the glass though.

the meerkats, 4, 5 and 6, loving #4, maybe a crop on #5 might work a little better, and its a shame you've not got the foot in #6, but promising all the same

love the Red Panda, thats really nice.

Thanks for the comments Matt. I was unsure whether to crop #5, thought i'd see what people think. I had cropped #4, it had the same background as #5.

Anyone else got any pointers??

As others have said the otters are a touch soft but the Meerkats as ever are really photogenic,like the wider angle with the castle in the background especially

+1 I especially thought the meerkats with the castle in the background was a nice idea.... different from the usual meerkat shots.
