To be pedantic it's the Silver Jubilee Bridge, but a great shot anyway, (y) and certainly different from the normal riverside shots people do, myself included
 
I like it, once you taken in the original picture the light trails give you something else to focus on ace!(y)

what lens and what timed exp?? Its ace, makes a functional bridge, pretty.
